What is a home inspection?
Our home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the readily accessible components of a home. Structure Pro Inspection Services, Inc. performs an inspection of the property in accordance with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (Internachi), and the Florida State Standards of Practice.
We inspect the:
– Roof | – Attic |
– Exterior grounds | – Drainage |
– Heating & Cooling (HVAC) | – Plumbing |
– Electrical | – Interior rooms |
– Garage | – Foundation |
– Crawl space | – Outbuildings |
We report the conditions observed verbally, in writing, and in a computerized format. Our printed report describes the components of the home and provides maintenance recommendations which can be printed on site. Our inspection summary provides you with an overview of the completed home inspection and a list of action items observed during the inspection.

Should the home buyer/client be present during the inspection?
Yes! You are strongly encouraged to accompany your home inspector in order for you to get the full benefit from your inspection. The inspection is a good time to get an education about your property and have your questions about the property answered. There is a wealth of information presented during a professional home inspection. We are also available after the inspection for follow-up questions or concerns.
Only a Professional Inspector really knows what to look for!
What about gas leaks? How’s the electrical system? What’s missing or loose on the roof that you can’t see from the ground? You may have concerns that the exterior wall covering may be allowing destructive water intrusion. These and dozens of other areas in a home need to be checked out so that the homeowner is aware of concerns or potential concerns.
